Chinese New Year Lunch

Today children had the opportunity to taste some Chinese food in celebration of the Chinese New Year .

Children enjoyed learning to use chopsticks to help promote their fine motor skills.

Christmas Events and Fundraising

A busy few weeks here at Clover Hill, our Christmas Fayre, Christmas Jumper day, Festive family workshops and our Nursery Christmas party.

Our Christmas Fayre raised over £800 for our school fund. We raised over £84 for Save the Children during our Christmas Jumper day. Thank you to everyone who supported these events.

Our Festive family Christmas workshops were enjoyed by lots of our parents and carers. Thank you to Roys for donating the tasty mince pies.

Nursery enjoyed watching Charlie Cheesecake and his magic tricks for a special Christmas party.

All the staff at Clover Hill wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Fundraising for Children in Need

Thank you to everyone who supported our fundraising for Children in Need.

Pupils and staff came to school wearing spots, stripes or something bright. The school raised over £138 for this very worthwhile charity.

Children were very excited to taste the delicious special spooky menu on offer today prepared by our talented cooks.

World book day at Clover Hill

World book day at Clover Hill with pupils and staff all dressing up as their favourite book characters. A giant book swap was organised giving children opportunity to take home a new book to read.

Our school library

Our library has been redesigned with improved areas for teaching and learning. A welcoming place for children to enjoy our wonderful selection of books.

Celebrating Chinese New Year

Children and staff enjoyed a lovely Chinese meal prepared by our kitchen staff today to celebrate Chinese New Year, the year of the pig.
Chop sticks were available for children to try and some mastered using them very quickly!
