Child specific SEND Classroom Assistant

Post: Child specific SEND Classroom Assistant – Grade C – up to 30 hours per week term time plus one week.

Start date: as soon as possible

Contract: Temporary one-year post in the first instance.

Salary: £9.62- £9.81 per hour.

We are looking to appoint Classroom Assistants for children with additional needs. Experience of working with children with special educational needs is vital.

This position is for a skilled and enthusiastic TA who is willing to be a good team member working alongside friendly hard-working colleagues and lovely, happy children. The role will entail supporting the child, working alongside the class teacher, other adults and liaising with parents.

Applications from candidates who have previous experience supporting children with SEND would be most welcome.

Administration Manager

  • Start date: February 2022
  • Contract: Term time plus 2 weeks, full time would be 37 hours (negotiable)
  • Salary: £24,982 – £27,041 pro rata (£12.94 – £14.01 per hour)
  • Grade G

All Angels’ Federation in Bowthorpe serves two schools in the community with a total NOR of 600. We are forward looking schools and pride ourselves on our desire to continually develop our staff and improve the lives of our young people.

We are looking to appoint a federation Administration Manager who will have some line management responsibility for other office based and site staff.

Duties would include proactively managing the schools’ offices including the federation’s HR and administration, whilst supporting with other financial, technical and clerical support services.

This position is for a well-qualified person with very good literacy and numeracy skills. Experience of working in schools carrying out the administrative, financial and HR requirements would be an advantage. The successful person would be highly confidential, have strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills and be willing to be a good team member working alongside friendly hard-working colleagues. 

Visits to the schools would be most welcome and encouraged.
