We work closely with the Diocese of Norwich to support us in our work, particularly within the area of Racial Justice. The Principles of racial and social justice have incorporated into our curriculum and our teaching staff foster critical thinking skills and nurture empathy to prepare students to be compassionate and informed global citizens. Difficult conversations can be challenging and therefore we create a safe environment where these can take place, so to support our young learners. At Clover Hill V.A. Infant and Nursery School, we believe that education is not just about imparting knowledge but also about shaping character. Beyond our core curriculum, we other actively engage with our local communities to promote social justice. Through service projects and partnerships our young learners are encouraged to be positive agents for change. Pupils at Clover Hill V.A. Infant and Nursery School have the opportunity to be part of the school’s ‘Eco-Council’, ‘Kind Crew’ and ‘Community Super Heroes’, taking part in activities such as supporting the elderly, local litter picks, community development projects and making bug hotels, bird feeders, planting trees and more!
